Please note the deadlines for design and orders to ensure a smooth process.

SEPTEMBER 24
Deadline for ordering design assistance for wall decor from Macsimum.

OCTOBER 3
Deadline for sending in production ready files.
Please see the designer manual for specs, and note that a late order fee may occur if you send in your files after the deadline,
and we can not guarantee delivery in time if the files are delayed.

OCTOBER 3
Deadline for ordering furniture and other equipment/needs or beverage from our shop.
For questions or other inquiries contact Benedicte or Tira.

with the vectorized logo of your company (eps, ai or svg file) + Url link to where your logo should lead to.

17.00 - 18.00 Pre-registration for partners - get your badge

October 29 (Wednesday)
7.00 Doors open for partners - Entrance via load-in gate.
8.00 Doors open for participants, all booths must be manned
8.45 - 18.20 Sessions
18.20 - 23.00 NIC After Beer Party

October 30 (Thursday)
7.00 Doors open for partners - Entrance via load-in gate
8.00 Doors open for participants, all booths must be manned
8.30 - 16.15 Sessions
16.30 - 18.00 Dismantling

If you are sending something from abroad,
please make sure that the charges for freight/customs do not go to Rebel or Macsimum.

Pick-ups must happen on Thursday October 30, after the last session is finished.
Nothing can be left at the venue.
